Meet Ms. Roske
Hola! Me llamo Michaela Roske y me encanta enseñar Español! :)
Hello! My Name is Michaela Roske. This is my 14th year at SKD! I love being able to teach students to speak another language, as well as to appreciate and respect other cultures & people!
Outside of school, I love to ride my bycicle, volutneer (especially helping build houses with Habitat for Humanity), be outside or at the lake, and spend time with my extended family.
Besides teaching Spanish, I also coach Academic Triathlon & Knowledge Bowl here at SKD, and organize our involvement in activities like Science Rocks! and YAYA (Young Authors/Young Artists).
I'm looking forward to another great year of fun and learning!

SKD has Spanish classes for
Pre-School through 6th grade!
*Pre-School students have Spanish 1-2 times each week
15 minutes (for 3 yr olds) & 30 minutes for Ms. Anna's 4's class
Two 30-minute classes for Ms. Amanda's class
*Kindergarten-2nd grade students have 3 Spanish lessons a week for a total of 1.5 hours each week!
*3rd-6th graders have two, 30-minute lessons each week, totaling 1 hour per week.
We also offer Enrichment programs including
Knowledge Bowl and U.S. Academic Triathlon
for our 5th & 6th graders.
